Terms and Conditions

This platform provides remote health consultations and reliable general health information through interactive audio/video communication and digital technology, creating a temporary relationship between the doctor and the patient. We hope these services assist you, and we kindly ask that you use them responsibly.

  • The platform helps you access high-quality services from specialized physicians, provides you with health information, answers your questions, and offers advice to help you feel better and enjoy a healthy quality of life.
  • Emergency Cases: If you believe you may have, or already have, a medical emergency, contact the local emergency services or your personal doctor immediately. In Saudi Arabia, you can call the Saudi Red Crescent at 997.
  • All doctors on the application are licensed and accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. Doctors whose licenses are suspended, expired, or revoked for any reason are not permitted to participate in any way.
  • The platform is not a substitute for practicing medicine or providing full healthcare. You understand and agree that medical experts on the app do not replace your primary care physician. Remote consultations may not provide a complete diagnosis or physical examination and may require referral to your in-person doctor or primary care provider.
  • Through the application, you may receive virtual consultations as well as diagnoses and prescriptions where applicable.
  • Do not use the platform in actual or potential emergency situations.
  • We are not a substitute for medical examinations, treatment, health insurance, your primary physician, or home visits. We are not a hospital. You agree that prescriptions are limited to specific types and durations, and you acknowledge that certain medications cannot be prescribed through the platform.
  • You may consult your personal doctor or healthcare provider if you have any questions about symptoms or medical conditions, before starting or stopping any medication, or before modifying any treatment plan.
  • The application may be used for limited telemedicine care when necessary.
  • Any information provided by the patient is the patient’s sole responsibility.
  • We do not disclose patients’ personal information. You understand and agree that by choosing to use our services, your identifiable information will be available to the doctors you communicate with.
  • Your account is your responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining your password and any activity under your account.
  • Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account. You may not allow anyone else to use your identity for posting. Do not use your real name or any identifiable information in publicly visible postings.
  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of these changes. You are free to stop using the application at any time. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use the app. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
  • We support your personal health decisions. You have full freedom to make these decisions based on the professional advice received from your physician. We do not make decisions on your behalf; we only assist you in accessing reliable health information when available and appropriate.
  • All opinions and statements expressed by doctors on the platform are their own independent professional views.
  • To use this site legally, you must be an adult. You must be at least 15 years old with guardian permission, or 18 years old without guardian permission.
  • Your use of any content or service must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • The platform may be used for personal, household, and educational purposes only, not for commercial use, in accordance with applicable local laws.
  • You implicitly agree not to acquire, delete, or collect any information about our team for any reason, including but not limited to sending unsolicited messages via the platform or email.
  • You agree to use the application responsibly and not in any unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, invasive, racist, hateful, or inappropriate manner, or any behavior harmful to minors.
  • You agree not to overuse or misuse any service or premium feature for inappropriate purposes.
  • Any attempt to obtain login information of another user or access any account without authorization is a direct violation of these Terms and applicable laws, and may result in legal action.
  • Registered users or visitors accessing our content and services are responsible for complying with local laws.
  • You agree that we may collect, use, and disclose your information to entities outside your jurisdiction, and that this data may be stored on servers located outside your region.
  • You agree not to upload or transmit any content that violates the rights of any party.
  • You may only use this application under a license granted by us. This license is personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable.
  • All data you provide—except personal information—becomes the property of our platform.
  • We may use any ideas, concepts, knowledge, or techniques contained in communications you send to us for any purpose, including developing or marketing products.
  • You agree to comply with all instructions we provide.
  • If you breach any provision of this agreement, your authorization to use the platform may be terminated immediately, and we may limit, modify, or terminate your access. This may result in the deletion of previously available information or content.
  • The platform is not responsible for consultation content created, modified, or provided by doctors in the following cases:
    • Any loss, death, or injury resulting partially or fully from negligence or medical error.
    • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information.
    • Any misuse by doctors, the application, or information on the site.
    • Any legal violations committed through the use of doctors or the application.
    • Any content published or made available by doctors.
    • Any decision or action taken or not taken based on such information. You must not rely solely on doctor decisions for critical medical or other important decisions.
    • For medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, you must consult your personal doctor or healthcare provider.
    • If you are dissatisfied with any content, services, or information on the platform, your exclusive remedy is to stop using it.

If an English version of this agreement is provided, the Arabic version prevails in case of conflict.

This agreement supersedes any previous agreements unless explicitly stated otherwise. In case of conflict between this agreement and a separately signed written agreement, the written agreement applies.

You agree that the consultation duration is 10 minutes, and once payment is made you must join the consultation immediately as the doctor will be waiting. Failure to join will still count as a completed consultation.

If our support team cannot resolve the issue legally, both parties agree to resolve disputes through arbitration or small claims procedures instead of general-jurisdiction courts. We request that you allow us up to 30 days to attempt resolution before initiating arbitration.
