  • The healthcare facility’s research team
  • Individuals with written authorization from the patient, legal guardian, or official authorities
  • You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used by the application. Our principle is transparency, complete privacy, and security.
  • You are entitled to a proper environment during communication that allows you to describe your medical condition clearly and thoroughly, ensuring your privacy and maintaining full confidentiality of all details related to your illness and prescribed treatment.
  • Patients must be treated with kindness and respect, preserving their dignity at all times and under all circumstances.
  • Respect the patient’s personal identity.
  • Respect the patient’s cultural, psychological, social, and spiritual values, beliefs, and preferences.
  • You have the right to accept or refuse a treatment plan suggested by the attending physician after being informed of the consequences of refusing treatment.
